Had an amazing time in the hills near the golf course! The fresh air and breathtaking views were exactly what I needed after a long business trip. The facilities were fantastic, including a well-maintained golf course and comfortable lounges with crackling fireplaces. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
Although the old wing rooms were basic, they were comfortable enough for my needs. However, I did notice that some parts of the accommodation were not well-maintained and could use some attention.

Beautiful Colonial Atmosphere & Great Location! It was my first time staying at this charming heritage hotel and I was pleased with my experience. the hotel had a distinct colonial charm that made me feel like I was staying in a historically significant location. the location couldn't have been better too, as it was conveniently located near the post office. the hotel staff offered great service, with the waiters even sharing interesting stories about the hotel's past.
Rooms Need Improvement I did notice that some aspects of the room were a bit rundown and tired. the carpets were rippled and damp, and some of the curtains had holes in them.

I had a great time experiencing a serene stay set in a lush garden surrounding right in the midst of the city. The hotel offers excellent breakfast options and has a pro shop inside. There is a range of facilities available, including a challenging golf course, helpful caddies, and a quaint clubhouse. Moreover, the location is perfect as you can find Victoria Park, the Museum, and the Turf club within walking distance.
Not obvious to find, yet manageable with the right directions.
